Education Vice President

As Vice President of Education, I focused on building strong relationships with members and supporting their personal, academic, and community growth. I led initiatives around diversity and inclusion, scholarship support, and sisterhood programming to create a welcoming and empowering environment. Through weekly chapter presentations and one-on-one mentorship, I developed strong communication and leadership skills. I also helped plan events like Mother’s Weekend and chapter retreats, bringing people together through meaningful, community-focused experiences. This role taught me how to lead with empathy, build connection, and support others in reaching their goals.

Served a full-year term as part of a six-woman executive board, leading and supporting a chapter of 147 members. Worked collaboratively to foster community, promote academic success, and create a positive, inclusive sorority experience.

Oversaw and was responsible for working closely with the Academic, Wellness, PACE, Fidelity, Loyalty, New Member Education, and Ritual chairs.
